SHIPPING POLICY

At Rustic Roots Homestead, we are committed to getting your order to you in a timely manner. We currently only offer local delivery options to those living within a 30 mile radius of the homestead. We offer free delivery on orders over $50, for those under $50, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of $6 per order; deliveries take place once weekly on Sundays; unless noted otherwise. We package our products carefully to ensure that they arrive in the best condition possible; If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Rustic Roots Homestead. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to offer you a refund/ exchange if deemed appropriate {ie: Cracked jar, broken seal etc}. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items. {Fresh Produce/Canned items} If you have any questions or concerns about our return or exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
